Our new website is launched! Our ambition is that it shall improve the usability both for a first time visitor as well as for the QdR residents with links to the local services provided in QdR.


 

Search process started for new Wine Lounge tenant.

An exclusive Wine Lounge is planned to open in The QdR Solar, at the main entrance of Quinta das Raposeiras, during 2016.
We have now started the search process for finding a suitable tenant to run it. The local has approx. 150 m2, open fireplace and grand outside terraces.

On-going face-lift of QdR entrances.

The entrances of QdR are presently getting a good face-lift in order to make the area feel more attractive and welcoming! The entrance areas will be cleaned up, get smarter parking solutions, a designed "signature" layout and some more room for social/ commercial activities. Contact persons:
