Our company has developed, and are continuously developing, the urbanization of Quinta das Raposeiras, in the
central Algarve. We have throughout the years also built and renovated many properties within the whole Algarve.
We are proud of having helped so many pleased customers with their property development projects over the

QdR by Fernando M Martins works primarily with properties in area, and function as a one-stop-shop solution for
selling and buying signature properties and plots of land, building and renovating properties as well as renting out
selected villas with view.
The company was started by our father in 1966 and we have ever since built and refurbished over 500 signature
properties of the best quality. We’re proud of our heritage and put high value in our craftsmanship and customer
interaction. We strive for excellence in all that we do.
